My Capstone Experience - Business Project with the Atlanta Dream was an enlightening and rewarding experience. I collaborated with the Director of Community Impact to develop and potentially implement school initiatives aimed at making a meaningful difference in the community. This partnership was done through comprehensive research to generate potential initiatives to implement. Through this experience, I gained exposure to the inner workings of a professional sports organization. The experience of working with the Atlanta Dream has equipped me with valuable skills, knowledge, and connections to position me for future success in the sports industry.
